What We Cover

What Falls Outside Standard Service

  • Mechanical installation of compressors, chillers, or ductwork (we commission controls only, not the mechanical plant)
  • ATEX-certified zone installations require our specialized hazardous-area team and additional lead time of 4-6 weeks
  • Integration with proprietary legacy protocols (e.g., pre-2000 LonWorks systems) may require third-party gateway hardware
  • Sites with more than 10,000 data points need enterprise licensing scoping before service agreements are finalized
