They recommended the JCI FEC2620-2 for the server room—a fan coil controller that handles higher static pressure and integrates directly with the Metasys system. For the incense office, they suggested an additional Can Fan model for exhaust, paired with their Nest Thermostat compatibility for precise room-level control.

That level of specificity changed my mind.

Honestly, I felt stupid for almost going with the cheaper quote. I'd been so focused on the dollar amount that I almost ignored the application.
